Lead time

All products are shipped out within 48 hours when payment has been received, I aim to deliver on time so please do feel free to drop me an email if you are in urgent need of your order as I will make sure it arrives in good time.

All fabric orders are bespoke printed and can take up to 3-4 weeks.


Returns& exchanges

Cancelling your order

You have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice any time after your order has been placed, up until 3-4 working days from the day after you received your order.

Return or exchange

You can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be returned in their original condition.

Please note, the original shipping costs associated with your order are non-refundable.

Please return your items along with your returns form.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure trackable shipper and that you retain proof of sending.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

If you need to apply for a refund please contact us at design@laurabeirneinteriors.co.uk and kindly provide your customer name, order number and the items you wish to return.

Exchanges

You can exchange the item for something that is the same value or we can issue you a credit note to spend online.

Receiving a refund

We will refund the full value of your order, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.

PayPal refunds will go into your PayPal account and take 3-5 days to clear

Faulty Goods

Everything we do is quality checked before it is dispatched. However in the unlikely & unfortunate event of damage in transit we will arrange the replacement of the product as soon as possible.

You must report the damage to us within 10 days and you will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage to help us process your replacement as quickly as possible.

Personalised bespoke orders

All Bespoke made products made to your specific requirements such as custom colour ways, special sizes ect are Non-refundable.

All fabric orders are non-refundable; this is printed for the purpose of your order.
